What does the recruitment process look like?

1. Telephone interview

Interview with the candidates, initially by telephone, recalling essential information, salary, type of contract, working conditions, etc.

2. First interview

Choosing the people who best meet the expectations and organising a visual interview with them. The interviews are conducted by the recruitment manager.

3. Technical test

Submitting candidates to evaluation and aptitude tests to determine whether or not the person will be suitable for the position to be filled and meet our expectations.

4. Offer

With the promise of employment, we guarantee the future employee a job. It does not replace the contract of employment, but commits us just as much as he does.
