Who are we?

he Circle of Excellence is a non-profit association (NPO) under Belgian law. Think tank and operational body at the same time, the Circle aims to be the manifestation of an African diaspora without complexes, united in the heart of Europe, active on the old continent and in Africa.

We are people from the African Diaspora who believe that by innovating in our approach to the findings below and especially by being proactive, we can achieve a lot and leave more concrete examples to the younger generation.

Our background enriched with European and African social codes, as well as our professional experiences, are very important assets for the success of our actions for an inclusive and sustainable economic growth among the population in Europe and Africa.

Few large-scale common achievements, not enough reference heritage, initiated and managed by this Diaspora.

Little participation in the ongoing industrialization in Africa:

Paradoxically not enough investment in Africa, despite being highly coveted.

A lot of energy spent almost in vain, in the hope of equality, of opportunity and treatment,

An argument often not based on quantified criteria and verifiable figures.

Diversity is a great asset.
