Propose solutions to the public citizen debate : Bringing together experts and personalities to make analyses, develop proposals for innovative solutions to societal problems and improve the current means of measuring their effectiveness.

Strategy

Create a friendly environment in which people from this diaspora can often meet, get to know each other and showcase achievements or innovations.

Approach

To identify the issues often addressed within this diaspora, and to formulate them in such a way as to engage in a constructive and consensual discussion in the presence of at least one expert on the subject under discussion.
